What to Bring to Your First
Group Class

Puppy, Basic, and Intermediate Obedience Training Classes

• Bring soft treats.

• A 6' leash (no retractable/expandable leashes)

• Clean-up bags to each class.

• Please do not wear sandals without a back strap.

• On the first day of class, please bring your dog's vaccination papers (need to see only, you can keep)

• A completed registration form which will be e-mailed to you before class one.

• A $15 materials fee paid directly to the instructor (covers equipment and documents provided throughout the six-week program).

All recommended training methods will use positive reinforcement techniques. Dog Training hand signals, voice commands, and a marker word will be used throughout the class along with the five basic rewards: touch, voice, loose leash, play, and treats.

This program is inappropriate for puppies that are reactive or aggressive to other puppies, dogs, or people.
NOTE: One missed class can be made-up if notice is given to the instructor ahead of time.
