In Big Sky Dog Training Group Classes, during the first class, participants will be provided with a course curriculum, their choice of three training booklets on housebreaking, a puppy survival guide, and an adolescent survival guide.  You do bring your dog or puppy to the first class, and we have a 5-10 minute question and answer session before we begin the training session. 

During each group class, students practice with each other and their dogs in a large training room with a non-slip surface. Each student is given assistance throughout the class to improve their training skills. New skills are added each week, and the previous week's skills are practiced. Two to three play times are provided during each class. 

Remember, these group classes and my private lessons use positive, reward-based training techniques. I speak softly and kindly to you and your "pup." My handling methods are also gentle and relaxed. Keeping your dog calm is one of our objectives, as is teaching him obedience skills.
